Fresh Walnut Boards



Ripping 3.5" wide, 30 degree sided, 3' long hexagonal sides with endgrooves for hubs.



Using a 18v Li ion battery drill as a lathe motor, a router is run along the above platform against a rail slowly shaving down the corners of the hexagon, eventually stopping once the router bit touches the middles of the sides.

Cutting 24 cylinders 7.25" high and Routing these 13" bases with a clipboard


Poles in centers, registration bolt holes drill pressed with lazer help, 12 staggered in each lamp, danish oil finish with flat black spray paint inside lamps and center poles.
